MAI Design Build was responsible for Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Programming and Interior Design.
The facility is approximately 78,000 square feet and five (5) stories in height. The building will house corporate functions as well as provide space for the Melbourne Division of Mercedes Homes Inc., affiliated Mortgage and Title Company and their Design Center. There is also space for a large conference center, cafeteria and work-out facility. The construction cost is $12 million dollars and the project was completed in November 2006.
